Tero Roivainen, Head of Presto Finland, emphasizes that these acquisitions align with the company’s strategic growth plans in Finland.

With these acquisitions, Presto’s operations in Oulu are further strengthened, and a new branch in Rovaniemi joins the recently opened Kajaani location, positioning Presto as the largest fire safety solutions provider in Northern Finland.
“Our local presence enables us to deliver personalized, on-site service, while our company’s national scale brings stability, reliability, and a wider range of services to our clients,” Roivainen explains, summarizing Presto Finland’s growth strategy.
Growth and Stability
The entrepreneurs of the acquired businesses express their confidence in Presto. Jouni Kurttila, CEO of Anuco Oy, believes this acquisition brings mutual benefits to both companies.
"The transaction brings clarity to our brand, as 90% of Anuco’s revenue stems from workwear-related business, and Presto will now take over of the fire safety operations," Kurttila explains. "Our collaboration will continue as we remain a reseller of Presto's fire safety products in Anuco’s stores."
Mika Pyhäjärvi from Paloturvallisuus Pyhäjärvi Oy shares Kurttila’s view. He and his team will be joining Presto as part of the acquisition. “It’s important to us that our business, long-standing client relationships, and employees move into trusted hands. As the market leader, Presto is the best home for both our business and our team.”
