Presto to Acquire Leading Dutch Fire Safety Company Velco Brandblusmateriaal B.V., Strengthening Its Position for European Growth and Expansion
The acquisition of Velco means that Presto has created an even stronger platform in Europe, following its acquisition of German leading fire safety company Jockel Brandschutztechnik in 2023, and Spanish leading fire safety company Eurofesa in 2024. Adding Velco to the Presto Group will continue to drive both organic growth and market consolidation across even more markets, with existing and new customers benefiting from an even stronger specialist in active fire safety.
Together, Velco and Presto will strengthen the shared goal of providing high-quality and sustainable fire safety solutions. Velco will continue its trajectory under the same management and actively seek opportunities together with Presto to support and empower its customers and employees.
